In 2023, we began working with NEWMAN Automotive Industry, a company dedicated to providing operational staffing services in the automotive and other industries.
Do you need to solve a rush job and don't have enough staff? Vacation or sick leave inconvenient in production? Has a key machine broken down? NEWMAN Automotive Industry can take over any part of production from you. Especially parts of production with a large proportion of manual work. They will set up the production process, schedule shifts, are able to flexibly change the volume of service. The company will supply and organize their own production operators, shift supervisors, engineers, project managers exactly as you need them.
Typically this includes packaging, repackaging, parts assembly, housekeeping, product sorting, shipping and more. They are in demand by companies who are short of workers, but also by companies who don't want to handle parts of production or don't have the space.
