HW and SW product development
The development department serves not only as technical support for application engineers, but also develops our own hardware and software products that are either completely missing on the market or do not exactly meet the requirements of our customers.

Industrial lighting controller
A single-module controller for switching and linear power control of LED lights.

Universal holder with heat sink for sugarcube cameras
The universal camera mount with heat sink consists of three aluminium parts that are screwed together. The sides of the heat sink have milled ribbing to maximize cooling area.

Current source for LED testing
The current source is used to power and test individual LEDs or strings (modules) that do not contain their own electronics that provide current regulation.
Paint layer detection system
The system is designed to detect the presence of external hard coating (HC) and internal anti-fog (AF) coatings on automotive headlamp covers.

ATE-light
Flat lights for direct or back illumination with a durable mechanical construction suitable for industrial environments. Possibility to adapt the light to specific requirements.

Connector block
Used for convenient connection of power and digital I/O to Basler ace cameras. For example, it simplifies the connection of the camera to triggered lighting, minimizing cabling and the need for external components.

Ministat (software)
Ministat is a simple yet powerful web-based statistical application accessible from all computers on a given local network. The application runs on a server usually shared with the database where the data is collected.

RS232 to CAN converter
The converter is used to convert the RS232 physical layer to the more robust CAN physical layer. It is only a physical layer converter and therefore it is necessary to implement the communication protocol in the higher-level system.

Cable for switching the camera light
The cable is used to connect the trigger input of the illuminator to the programmable output of the camera and at the same time power the light and camera from one sensor connector.
Our own products
Our staff has extensive experience with machine vision, visual inspection and automation systems in many industries. Also based on this knowledge, we are able to manufacture and customize a product to the exact requirements of the application or system.
