In ATEsystem’s System Integration department, we develop and deliver automated inspection systems for both 2D and 3D visual inspection and camera-free inspection systems. For example, based on computer-aided analysis of camera image information, we evaluate the defect-free nature of a product in the production process.

We also develop and supply systems for automated measurement, recording, evaluation and display of any physical quantities in both laboratory and production conditions.

The main advantages of measurement automation:

  • speeding up the setup of all measuring instruments and the reading of measured values,
  • reducing measurement errors by eliminating the human factor from the measurement chain,
  • the possibility of recording the measured values in corresponding data files for subsequent processing or archiving.

Working with data enables:

  • statistical and mathematical evaluation,
  • identification of abnormal conditions,
  • determining whether permitted limits are being met or exceeded.

We will design, implement and commission an automated system based on proven modern technologies and provide you with appropriate training and technical support in the operation of these systems.
