Why ATEsystem?
Informal atmosphere, good team, flexibility, possibility of further education and personal development, variety of work that does not get tired (from ironworks to microprocessor production).
In 2013, while studying at university, I got an interesting job through my bachelor thesis opponent, who was co-founding ATEsystem s.r.o. I helped with feasibility studies, looked into different plants and solved technical problems that arose at a customer’s site. After completing the studies, it was more than natural and very easy for me to jump into the full work process at ATE.

Technical support
I really enjoyed the work I was doing while I was in school, so I continued in that position. I got more in touch with customers, became an internal support for the sales staff and got a very good overview of the technical parameters of the camera components used and supplied. I did not miss any training from suppliers on existing and new products and in my “spare” moments I had the opportunity to further my education.
Merchant
Thanks to the experience I gained and the growing demand for our services, I was given the opportunity to move up to a sales position. I was hesitant at first, but since we are primarily technicians looking for solutions for the customer, and not trying to sell at any cost regardless of the consequences, I went for it. Over time I built up my own portfolio and in the meantime trained new technical support.
Sales Manager
After about 6 years the opportunity to lead the whole team came up. It was a big challenge for me, but thanks to a great team that supported me and an extremely friendly atmosphere, I overcame the initial hardships and we are still growing together. 2022 was the best year we have done so far in terms of turnaround.
