We’ll also supply you with high-quality components (cameras, lenses, lighting) and ensure they’re properly integrated into the system. We’ll design and manufacture the mechanical parts of the equipment so they fit seamlessly into your operations.

We most often work with companies in the automotive, electronics, and manufacturing industries. However, we also have experience in mechanical engineering, metalworking, the plastics and rubber industries, the food industry, and the beverage sector. We’ll start by thoroughly reviewing your problem and requirements. Then we’ll assess what’s feasible, create a feasibility study, and propose a concrete solution. Once the proposal is approved and the contract is signed, we’ll begin development and ongoing testing—flexibly, partly at our facilities and partly directly at your site. Finally, we’ll install everything, launch it, and hand it over as a fully functional system ready for use.

Mainly 2D and 3D visual inspection and advanced image analysis. We use both traditional image recognition methods and deep learning via neural networks. Our systems handle dimensional and shape inspection, label detection, assembly checks, and material application. We also work with visual robot navigation and microscopic inspection. We are also a system integrator for NI products and program in LabVIEW, for example.
